About Delaram

I'm obtaining my Masters in Counseling Psychology. I am a Health and Wellness Coach through Kilo Fit Academy. I have been working with the York Region District Board for over 5 years. I want to provide personalized attention and professional instruction to optimize members’ health, fitness, and wellness goals; conducting one-on-one consultations to develop fitness plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.

About the lesson

My teaching methodology is the Hybrid/blended style which follows an integrated approach to teaching that blends the teacher’s personality and interests with students’ needs and curriculum-appropriate methods. This is the teaching method that I have selected because it enables me to tailor the student's learning styles including their needs and appropriate subject matter.
