I have over 5 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry. From working in many kitchens and realising my own food intolerances I now lead a super healthy lifestyle. I hold a lot of knowledge in Gluten Free cooking, vegan cooking, recipe creating for your specific needs. Dieting doesn't need to be restrictive, it just needs to be moderated. To get healthy you need to listen to your body. I can help you pick up signs on how your body is communicating with you and help you start a healthy lifestyle where diet and exercise isn't a chore!!
