Completed project on "social support, social skills, and wellbeing on adolescents" and Self-esteem and Body dissatisfaction among Overweight and Obese Individuals". I believe an interactive class would always be effective for learning. So I prefer a student-centered approach as it can improve communication skills and comprehension among students. I prefer organized sessions by being more resourceful by making maximum use of materials.
