My teaching method is an interactive and practical one. I base my classes on the specific needs of each individual. I approach each topic by linking it to the previous topic and helping the student see practical ways and guidelines to having a healthy weight body. The learning timetable will be structured with the students schedule in mind. I am a patient professional and I am willing to go over a lesson as many times as it is needed.

Nelly and I met in school and we have remained friends since then. She's someone who follows through on whatever she sets her heart to do and makes sure she delivers the best. I have no doubt whatsoever that she'll excel at this too.
Nelly is amazing, her lesson really helped me loose tons(pounds)
Nelly is an expert communicator. She’s super helpful when it comes to working with different dietary plans that fit everyone depending on their preferences. Her diet plans are a great balance between necessary proteins in moderation, vegetables that provide vital nutrients, and carbohydrates for energy.
