About Ghopy
My name is Ghopy and I'm an Engineering Graduate, currently pursuing my Masters in Public Health. My passion for health and wellness came later only in my mid 20s. Reason being, from an early age much like most people who go through life, we rarely if ever get a solid foundation in nutritional education even though most of us are exposed to physical education (P.E.) in school.
It was only later after graduating from engineering and having prior health mishaps that I decided to look into the field of health and nutrition. I also had the good fortune of meeting people who were also passionate about health, fitness and nutrition and this sparked even more curiosity in me.
Owing to this, I have managed to not only overcome but also understand what triggers my own health mishaps. Since then, I've had the privilege of guiding others to better themselves and their health; and watched them grow to become independent enough to care for their own health and wellbeing.
My approach is more based on taking the time and patience to help people understand and learn why certain health conditions come about and how to mitigate it by simply eating better and taking care of our health.
