About Joao
I have a Master Degree that qualifies me as Teacher a Degree in Sports Science and also another professional qualifications as Personal Trainer, Coach and Health advisor. Experienced as a teacher, personal trainer, assistant spa manager and entrepreneur I am a passionate person and my goal in life is to constantly learn and improve my skills and social awareness in order to adjust myself better to the different situations and give my best to influence and help improve the others persons life.
I believe a small change/investment today can make a life change tomorrow.
Helping others to improve their lifestyles is my focus.
I am also able to communicatte in 4 different languages (portuguese, english, spanish and italian), and morre than all my experience and qualifications I am responsible and honest person and I allways give my best in order to help others.
