About Kamaldeep
Kamaldeep is an internationally certified Yoga, mindfulness expert, healer and happiness coach. She has studied Yoga at world’s oldest yoga institute. In addition to that she has completed several certifications in different healing modalities (Chakras, energy, Cosmic, sound, Visualization, Breathing techniques).
Previously she was a well-known business journalist on Indian national television for more than a decade. She completed an MBA from Maastricht school of management Netherland in partnership with GISMA business school Germany. She also holds an BSc in Zoology, Chemistry and computer science. Moreover, she has studied online Psychology programme from Yale university. She has also worked with Global university systems, one of the largest education companies globally (Netherlands based) and for Leinehertz radio Hannover Germany during her stay in Europe.
However, health was one of the major concerns she had always struggled with. Neither in India nor abroad she found an effective treatment for her health ailments. Through reflection she gained the understanding that her health issues were manifestation of deeply rooted negative emotions. When she returned to India she studied Yoga and other ancient fields of wisdom that turned her into a healer. She healed her own body mind and soul with her the gained healing methods. Now she has been sharing this learning with other people. She has consulted celebs, Entrepreneurs, Corporators, TEDx speakers and many more people around the globe.

Identifying the bodily and mental comfort level of students for designing classes,
these sessions have warm up yoga (sahaj Yoga) , Strengthening yogasasnas, Releasing rituals (breath work/ energy work)
few exercises for restoring balance, Mindfulness, Grounding, Affirmation, Sub conscious reprogramming
Objective is to have better flow of pranas/ Chi energy throughout the body. which can ultimately be used to have better reality
