About Fay
I am a very experienced science teacher with more than 15 years experience working in a variety of secondary schools. Additionally I have tutored a large number of students for A level biology and psychologyas well as GCSE science and key stage three sciences. All of the students tutored have improved their grades. I have a degree in Medical Biochemistry as well as A grade psychology A level (amongst others) and have been Head of Psychology and Head of Science in my current school for 9 years.

My preferred method of tuition is to frstly discuss with the tutee what they feel are their issues/areas of concern and then work together to devise a plan to improve. In general for science/biology this would focus learning on exam technique and application, for psychology it very often relies more on discussion and potential application as well as development of exam skills.

For groups of 2 I charge £35 p/h
For groups of 3-5 charges are £12 per person per hour
