Lana is an outstanding Psychology tutor at GCSE and A-Level. Lana is patient and uses many differentiated techniques in order to facilitate the high achievement of her learners. Lana revises and recaps on prior learning consistently as she goes along, allowing the learner the chance to revise in bitesize chunks which improves the overall attainment of the learners. Lana has excellent research methods skills and knowledge which helps learners prepare for university and enables them to get a head start on preparing for higher education and enabling the learner to develop their writing skills for the required level. This includes how to Harvard reference and create a bibliography whilst using the most valid research sources and recognizing these. This is one of Lana's strength, facilitating the use of technical and concept language and helping them write at a much higher level. As Lana is a trained teacher with a PGCE, she has the most up to date knowledge on teaching pedagogy and this means she has a wide range of methods she can use to find the right learning style for the learner to engage them and keep them focused. She is truly excellent at this.
