About Nicola
Hi, I'm Nicky. I am a qualified and experienced Learning Support Teacher with a good understanding of both the strengths and difficulties for children and adults diagnosed with ADHD. I am also a qualified ADHD coach with a qualification acknowledged by both IPHM and CMA. I now concentrate on online coaching for adults and children aged 10 and over on how to develop practical tools for managing focus, organization, and daily routines more effectively. Coaching helps individuals build confidence, improve follow-through, and create strategies that support their goals at school, work, or home and I love to see the confidence of individuals grow following a package of coaching sessions.
