Hospitality requires the stimulation of creative thinking. I prefer doing this by making sure the student is constantly interacting with me via the use of demonstrations and teamwork tasks which requires them to be alert and think independently. Hands on activities have proven to be the most effective in a subject that requires such excessive practical work.
