About Giulia
I am an enthusiastic Italian fitness instructor for 4 years: D Full of energy, I never get tired. I have been studying nutrition and specific diet plans suitable for any age for 5 years and to adapt them to any lifestyle. Breathing and meditation are, for me, fundamental points to start a good path together so start breathing well and relax, everything will go as it has to go, here I wait for you!

A mix between positive energy and relaxation that can offer you breathing, good nutrition and physical activity.
