About Anahaa
I’ve been a practitionerof meditation for 5 years and a meditation coach since 4 years, learning the basics and how to apply this knowledge in your real life is what I believe in! There’s different kinds of meditations as well for different purposes. I have been trained by Master Sri Akarshana who is a disciple of Grandmaster Akshar for yoga and meditation.

The sessions are usually an hour long, for kids meditations are more creative then slowly moving towards the actual practice. For teenagers it’s more centric around enhancing memory, manifestation and developing focus. For adults it’s more centric around inner balance and to strengthen the spiritual growth as well.

Never misses the spot. I absolutely love her work, the best thing about working with Brija/Anahaa is the way she understands you and manages to find a solution to help you. I have been taking her yoga classes. AYM- they’re nothing like the regular classes you go to. They’re just not about gymnastics, they’re very deep with so much rich culture. Brija is literally the best!!!
