My approach is to begin where the student's are and to elevate them to the next level. I am all about the students. I focus on engaging the students in whatever courses I am teaching. First, I get to know the students and I allow them the opportunity to ask me questions, so they will feel more comfortable with me as their teacher.

Details
Normally, I am not absent, unless there is sickness or death. I am a firm believer in no work, no pay. If for some reason the student cannot attend the class then, I would like to be notified and I expect to be paid 25% of the fee.
