I am a very active person who loves to move in the body's natural way. I believe in balance and consistency is the key for a healthy body and mind. Besides yoga, I love to dance, walk in nature (or anywhere), spending time in the company of good people.

I usually start slowly, really focusing on a breath. My goal is to wake up the spine and neck first. After the warm-up I want to build some heat in the body. In each lesson there is a push. It is always one of these - the strength, flexibility or stamina. Moreover, it is always a mental push. At the very end, I like to give my students nice, calming and so worth Shavasana.
