About Suhail
I am a certified fitness personal trainer from FITM (Fitness Innovations Malaysia). Used to be very skinny and had the lowest self-esteem and confidence, till one day i decided to make a physical change and put it to work. Never had i dreamt in my entire life and that i would feel like a new person again. That’s why, i’d like to share this feeling with the people around me, who needs help like i did. It helps with your mental state aside from physical state.
