Standing asanas for body mind balance (balance postures) leg strength postures
Sitting asanas mostly twisting postures
Prone postures are mostly spine movement exercise good for prevention of back pain
Supine postures are also good for spine
Brain gym is very good for concentration, alertness, creativity mind set
Breathing exercises for relaxation.
