About Rangaji
A journey that started with injury and ended with healing, and that is what I am offering. With a MSc yogic science and Iyengar Yoga certification, I have developed an integrative approach to yoga with all my learnings along the way. Bringing modern methods to forefront with yoga to benefit the students. I have been teaching now for the past 15 years across the globe and reaching different communities around.

When integrated with biomechanics, the classical hatha yoga takes a much deeper approach as the alignment changes from geometrical to functional, as in, movement is tailored to the individual rather than group. this makes the practice more intimate with yourself and removes all doubts. as your body with its own cues will guide you to a better practice.
The classes are intended for more ardent students of yoga who are already familiar and would like to go deeper. although new students are welcome - along with a sense of purpose and patience - anyone can benefit.
As a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher, as well holding a Masters degree in yoga, my experience will bring about a wholistic approach to yogabhyasa.
