About BEAR and WOLF YOGA
I am a 200 hour Yoga Alliance certified teacher. I studied in Yoga Vidya Mandiram, Rishikesh, India. I am qualified to teach Hatha, Ashtanga, Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga, Meditation and Pre-natal Yoga. I currently teach online as BEAR + WOLF Yoga.

I teach Hatha, Vinyasa, Hot Yoga, Yin and Restorative yoga. I have been teaching for about a year and a half. I teach beginners, mixed and intermediate flows.
Yoga and creativity are my tools for staying true to myself, for helping me get through the difficult days and for the good days. I'd love to help you to welcome your shadows, to find your light and to discover who you really are. Through yoga, meditation and breathwork you'll see there is no one like you and that Love has always been waiting for You to show up.
As a creative writer and illustrator, I bring a sense of imagination to my yoga practice. I hope for my students to also feel that same creative freedom and expression in class. Creativity and mind-body connection allows the heart to be heard; once we listen to the internal we can grow deeper and become deeply empowered on and off the mat.
