As a teacher, I teach from my heart. Over the years, I have been able to offer classes to all skill levels from chair bound individuals to those who are healthy and strong, as well as students who enjoy the water. My approach allows "Every-Body" to work at a pace or in a pose that fits their mindset and ability. Yoga is a gift for both the teacher and the student. My approach allows the student to connect their mind, body and breath to improve their own well-being in a positive, nurturing environment.
