200 TTC Hatha Yoga instructor in Rishikesh. (INDIA) 300 TTC Instructor from Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga in Goa. (INDIA) Student of the Vipassana meditation technique having made various retreats between Spain and India. I work as a yoga and meditation instructor in a farmhouse in the maresme where they do retreats from various fasting programs.
