About Emily
Hello wonderful being, it’s lovely to meet you! I’m 25 and have been on my own yoga and mindfulness journey for over 10 years, teaching for just over a year now. I love connecting with people and hope to one day specialize in yoga therapy, supporting others in nurturing their well-being through mindful movement and self-awareness. Through my own journey of self-discovery and connection I’ve learned that there is no greater teacher than my own body - my truest home. I believe that learning to listen to and understand our bodies is one of the most valuable practices we can cultivate. Each body is a unique vessel that holds and supports us through life’s seasons. By deepening our connection to both ourselves and nature, we can learn to truly listen to their wisdom, honor their changes, and nurture them with compassion - something I hope to share through my teaching.

My approach is mindful and inspired by traditional teachings. Together, we’ll breathe, connect, and nurture a space where you can slow down and truly reconnect with your mind, body, and spirit. Each session is tailored to your needs - whether you’re seeking stress relief, easing tension, working with an injury, or simply wanting to reconnect with yourself. We’ll blend meditation, breathwork, yoga, and bodywork inspired by Zen Thai Shiatsu and Chinese Medicine. Practices can be 60 or 90 minutes. Whether you’re new to yoga or continuing your journey, all are welcome. Try your first session at half price to see if we’re a good fit. Experience: • 1+ year teaching experience • Hatha & Ashtanga Vinyasa (200 RYT) • Yin & Bodywork (50 RYT) • Mindful Meditation (8hr Certificate)
