About Sagar
I have been practising yoga for last 10 years. I know the way of yoga as taught by the gurus. During yoga pathway of life i had many spiritual experiences which made me believe in yogic way of life is the true life. Yoga has changed my life. It has taken me to high level of consciousness which normal person can’t experience without yogic path of life. Methods of yoga teaching varies from person to person. But out of my 10 years experience i prefer Nadi shuddhi as very important step as 72lakh nadis(energy channels) need to be cleansed. I teach yoga as given in traditional texts. Yoga happens after certain changes we make in ourselves like yam niyam asana pranayama Dharana Dhyan and samadhi. These are 7 steps to yoga. Yoga happens in last 2 steps. Yoga means union of individual spirit with universal spirit. You have to experience it. It can’t be explained in words. Yoga is way of life. Symbol of yoga is a lotus which grows in muddy waters. As like a lotus the yoga practitioner rises above all negativity or doshas.
