About Kilo Kitty
I have been a part of the pole community since 2011. I am a studio owner and have been teaching private lessons, group classes, and parties for 11 years. I like to see what experience the student may have. See if they have any background in dance, etc. Ask if they have any current/previous health issues. Gather the information I need and create a lesson plan off that information. Safety is a huge concern of mine. I am a strong believer of strength training, calisthenics, and flexibility are major players in improving your pole "game"

Kilo is great at providing modifications and non pole exercises. I have had multiple injuries and she is wonderful at helping me retraining without aggravating my injuries.
Kilo is so wonderful to learn from. She definitely adds her humor to her teaching. She let's you take your time, go at your pace. I highly recommend her.
