Hello! My name is Anna, and I am an English & writing tutor, as well as a college consultant. I graduated from Harvard University with a BA in English and Music, and I have 5 years of experience working in the education field. My specialty lies in literature, but I have experience teaching students of all ages and levels in reading, writing, and ESL.

My approach to teaching is holistic, compassionate, and intellectually curious. I believe that any student can come to love English if they discover what they are passionate about. My job is to help students find that interest and challenge them to dig deeper into the rigor of what studying reading, writing, and composition has to offer. My services include homework help, AP Lit/Lang, SAT/ACT English prep, ESL, and intellectual enrichment classes.
In addition to tutoring, I provide college consulting and college essay editing services for US and UK admissions. My students have a 90% rate of admission to T50 schools and 22% to T10 schools. My systematic approach makes college essays as efficient, creative, and polished as possible. Please inquire about separate rates and packages for admissions-related services.
