About Iris
I trained for 12 years in acrobatic gymnastics and competed at a high level. I participated in World and European Championships, achieving a silver medal at the World Championship and a bronze at the European Championship. Currently, I am a coach at a competitive acrobatic gymnastics club in Portugal.

I am here to share my experience as a professional athlete, I competed in 3 European Championships and 2 World Championships and 3 World Cups, I’m a medallist in 2 big competitions, 2nd place in the world 2021 and 3rd in the European 2023! STRETCHING GYMNASTICS FUNCTIONAL TRAINING.
