My teaching method will be based on the student particualrs. I will prepare daily charts for the students based on the food they like to eat , their taste and also what's available to them and their preferences in exercises either cardio or endurance or strength training . I will start considering students goals as well and their current weight and their goal weight. Not only weight loss ,I promise my student to adapt a total healthy life style and be proud of themselevs
