About Anmol
I am a junior doctor from Chandigarh and first picked up the guitar in 7th grade. When I first started learning, I was never taught the basic concepts behind music theory and various techniques used in many famous songs. I used to wonder why certain chords fit together and certain don't, and what notes to play, what scale to solo over in a particular song. Gradually as I learned about all these things, I realized that if I had somebody to teach me the fundamentals during my initial years of playing, I would have made so much more progress in a significantly shorter duration of time. Thus, via this platform, I would like to share my knowledge about the basics of guitar and music in general, to anybody who is just starting out or is at an early intermediate level. I solemnly believe that students should have a strong foundation about playing the guitar, so that they can make guitar playing as natural as possible. When you have strong basics, you can then take your music journey in whichever direction you want depending upon your goals, whether it be becoming a high-level guitar player or just knowing enough to give delightful performances at gatherings of family and friends. Whatever your aspirations may be, I'm certain that I can help you become a better and a more knowledgeable guitar player.

As I have a background in science, I am a strong believer in learning the fundamentals of any skill/concept we learn. I will teach beginner and early intermediate level players the basic concepts of various techniques used and music theory, to make guitar playing as intuitive as possible. My goal will be to create a strong foundation for players so that they can forge their own unique path catered to their goals in relation to playing the guitar and music in general. Unique aspects about the class- can teach almost any John Mayer song and most of his fundamental techniques to interested students.

Anmol has been a great mentor and teacher who has helped me understand this skill from the very basics.
The learning path designed is quite interesting and makes the experience exciting and fruitful!!I leaned to play Guitar from him. He was patient in areas I was weak in and helped get better real quick. Would highly recommend him.
