About Sienna
I am a guitar tutor with 7 years of teaching experience and a Bachelor of Music in Composition with a focus on guitar. I also perform and compose regularly, which informs my practical approach to teaching. I see music as a creative skill for life, meant to inspire and challenge.
My specialty is acoustic fingerstyle and classical guitar. I help beginners and advanced musicians alike develop technique, musical expression, and appreciation for intricate arrangements. Lessons emphasize phrasing, tone, and personal interpretation.
We work on dynamics, finger independence, and storytelling through music. I encourage improvisation and original composition to deepen musical understanding. Lessons are tailored, interactive, and supportive, fostering both growth and confidence.
