About Stefanos
I have been playing guitar for many years and work with electric, acoustic and classical guitar. Music has always been both a technical and creative practice for me, and I enjoy helping others discover their own way of expressing themselves through the instrument. Alongside my musical work, I studied psychology and music therapy. These fields strongly influence how I teach: learning music is not only about technique, but also about motivation, creativity and confidence. I aim to create a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable experimenting and developing their own musical voice. In recent years I have also been working with music production and electronic music, often combining guitar with modern sounds and textures. This allows me to help students explore both traditional guitar playing and more contemporary musical approaches. My goal as a teacher is to give students the tools to understand the instrument, develop their techniques, and express themselves musically.

My lessons focus on helping students become confident and creative guitar players. I teach electric, acoustic and classical guitar, and lessons are adapted to each student's goals and level. We work on three main areas: technique, musical understanding, and creativity. This includes developing good playing techniques, learning how to navigate the fretboard, and understanding music theory in a practical way that directly helps your playing. I also encourage students to explore improvisation, melody, and songwriting. With my background in music production and electronic music, I can also help students experiment with combining guitar and modern sounds. Lessons can include: • techniques and exercises to improve control and timing • scales, chords and fretboard knowledge • improvisation and melodic playing • learning songs or developing your own ideas
