About Seth
Hello! My name is Seth Keppler, I live in the Cedar Rapids area, am 23 years old, and have 14 years experience playing guitar.
I prefer to view music as a language. It is one we can all understand, but not all of us can produce it. I want to help you speak that language.
I play acoustic and electric guitar. I specialize in blues style guitar, but I have a love for all music that spans from reggae to heavy metal.
I am passionate about teaching, easy going, patient, funny (so they say), and always itching to make music.

Guitar is a lifelong hobby, a stress release, a way to connect with your emotions, or sometimes just a good party trick!
I can work with beginners up to intermediate levels.
Our lessons will include:
- the guitar basics (beginner level)
- chords and the CAGED system
- ear training
- scales
- improv guitar
- phrasing
- and of course, songs!
There is no one correct way to play guitar! As your teacher my job is to help you channel your passion and produce results. Whatever the reason may be, allow me to help you achieve your goals! Let’s Rock!
