About Luca
I have over 10 years of experience teaching Guitar to college students, and my goal is to help each student find their own musical voice. My teaching style is expressive and personalised—I tailor every lesson to match the student’s goals, skill level, and musical interests.
I focus on a combination of technique, rhythm, improvisation, and playing songs that students love. Music theory is explained in simple, practical ways so students can immediately apply it while playing. I also use tools like backing tracks, recordings, and interactive exercises to make learning fun and engaging.
Over the past 10 years, I’ve helped students improve their finger techniques, master challenging pieces, and develop confidence in performing. My lessons are designed to build skill, creativity, and a lasting passion for music, making every session productive and enjoyable.

My teaching approach for guitar focuses on creativity, mentorship, critical thinking, and accountability. I aim to make lessons exciting, personalised, and effective. Students are encouraged to experiment with sounds, explore different musical styles, and create original compositions, making learning both fun and rewarding.
As a mentor, I guide students patiently, provide personalised feedback, and help them gain confidence. Critical thinking is emphasised by teaching students to analyse songs, apply theory in practical ways, and overcome musical challenges on their own.
Accountability ensures progress and consistency. We set achievable goals, track improvements, and celebrate successes. Lessons are interactive and practical, combining exercises, practice, and creative exploration.
Beyond guitar, I teach music theory, improvisation, and composition. My goal is to help students become confident, independent, and creative musicians who enjoy learning and playing music for life.
