About Elsa
I am an independent postdoctoral scholar (PhD in Public Policy), writer, and researcher with over fifteen years of experience spanning academia, policy analysis, and creative inquiry. My work bridges research and storytelling, exploring themes of belonging, resilience, and social change through both scholarly and artistic lenses.
