About Lilith
I am a business psychology student with a strong interest in creativity, emotional well-being and personal growth. Alongside my studies, I have been exploring creative expression and meditation as tools for self-discovery and inner connection.
What I bring into my sessions is not only knowledge, but presence, empathy and a deep sensitivity for people and their individual processes. I enjoy creating spaces where others can feel safe, seen and free to express themselves without pressure or expectations.
My approach is intuitive and human-centered. Rather than following rigid structures, I meet you where you are and gently guide you through a process that supports your own rhythm and needs.
I believe that creativity is something natural within all of us – sometimes it just needs the right space to unfold.

In my sessions, I combine creative expression and meditation to help you reconnect with your natural creativity and inner world. This is not about learning how to “be good at art”, but about creating a safe and open space where you can explore yourself freely, without pressure or judgment.
A typical session starts with a short grounding or guided meditation to arrive in the moment and connect with your inner state. From there, I gently guide you into a creative process using intuitive drawing, colors or simple exercises that support self-expression. You don’t need any prior experience – your curiosity is enough.
My approach is intuitive, empathetic and deeply human. I adapt each session to your needs and energy, rather than following a strict structure. What sets me apart is my ability to hold space and support you in accessing deeper layers of yourself through creativity.
These sessions are for anyone who feels disconnected from their creativity, wants to explore their emotions in a gentle way, or is simply looking for a mindful and inspiring space to reconnect with themselves.
