Hi! My name is Renupriya from chennai, Tamilnadu,India. I am a Master of science degree holder in yoga. I’m a yoga practitioner for 18+ years(Hatha yoga, Ashtanga yoga, vinayasa yoga, Bikram yoga,”PCOD management”, FERTILITY for both male and female, prenatal and post natal, yoga for DIABETICS, yoga for THYROID, yoga for toning up and WEIGHT LOSS management, yoga for IBS, pranayamas, kriya yoga, weight loss management through yoga, animal flows, “FACIAL YOGA ”, ADVANCE pro level yoga asanas and I also teach circuit, strength, animal flows and cardio exercises. “Special weight loss program” for 3months is also undertaken which includes mixed workout.

I can fluently communicate in both English and tamil. I am also flexible with your timings to teach yoga. Don’t worry how can someone learn online yoga I’m a master in teaching it in online. First attend my demo class and then join the classes. My motto is “Inhale the present and exhale the past”. Mine is one on one PERSONAL TRAINING FOR ONLINE LEARNERS . Never think fee will be higher for personal training I charge nominal fee. Based on my students requirement I schedule the days and the timing.
