About Sherwyn
Hi! I'm a fourth-year dentistry student at Griffith University with a strong passion for science and education. Throughout my academic journey, I've enjoyed helping others understand challenging concepts and build confidence in their abilities.
I have previous tutoring experience and have mentored high school students before. Having gone through a competitive healthcare degree myself, I understand the pressures that students face and the importance of having supportive guidance.
I believe every student can succeed when lessons are tailored to their individual needs. My goal is not only to help students achieve better grades but also to develop their confidence, curiosity, and independent learning skills.

Hi! I'm a fourth-year dentistry student at Griffith University with previous tutoring experience and a passion for helping students build confidence in their studies.
I offer Biology, Chemistry, and Math lessons for Years 7–12. My teaching approach focuses on understanding concepts rather than memorizing facts. I break down complex topics into simple, manageable steps and adapt my explanations to suit each student's learning style and pace.
Lessons are typically 60 minutes long and can include concept teaching, worked examples, exam-style questions, and study strategies tailored to school assessments and exams. As both a tutor and a current university student, I understand the challenges students face and aim to create a supportive, engaging, and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes while learning.
