About Mat
I am a professional guitarist, I have been teaching privately and in music schools for 20 years.
The curiosity and passion for music have led me to study in many contexts as masterclasses, clinics and in the conservatory. Among my skills: instrumental practice, solfeggio, harmony, composition / songwriting, arrangement, teaching, improvisation, history of music, musical writing.

My approach to lessons is practical with an eye to the theoretical side that facilitates the learning of musical language.
My lessons are aimed at guitarists of all ages and levels. The topics covered are many and always aimed at the needs and interests of the student. My skills concern Pop, Jazz, Rock, Blues music, harmony, composition, ensemble music and improvisation.
The topics covered are construction of chords (from the simplest to the most complex), rhythms in various styles, arpeggios, fingering and application of scales, improvisation, ear training, reading and harmony.
