About Tomoko
My background is as a dancer. Yoga improves posture, balance, flexibility, and strength, and its relaxing effects are very important in daily life. My classes consist of 1. Hatha Yoga Flow, which strengthens the core and flexibility 2. Vinyasa Flow Yoga, which assimilates the breath and maintains rhythmic poses. 3. You will also learn simple dances that incorporate ballet steps and yoga poses. Experience positive changes in your body and mind! I teach individually or in small groups, tailored to each individual's needs. I am a qualified yoga teacher having graduated from a Teaching Yoga course in Sydney. I offer regular yoga classes in North Sydney. The target audience is adults and children from beginner to intermediate level. Lesson length is 60 minutes. Please try yoga to stay healthy and relax your mind and body.
