My teaching approach is student-centered and adaptable. I first identify the learner’s current level, strengths, areas for improvement, and learning goals. I then adjust my explanations, examples, and exercises to match their needs and learning style.
I prioritize patience, clarity, and personalized instruction. I understand that every student learns differently, so I avoid using a one-size-fits-all approach. My goal is not only to help students get the correct answer, but to help them understand why the answer is correct and develop the confidence to solve similar problems on their own.
I also create a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes and asking questions. I see mistakes as an important part of the learning process.
Each lesson is tailored to the student’s level, objectives, pace, and individual learning needs.
