About Kayla Loaren
Hello! I’m Kayla, a Licensed Professional Teacher with a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education and three years of teaching experience. I am also TEFL-certified and passionate about helping students improve their English skills in a fun, supportive, and engaging learning environment.
My teaching style is patient, friendly, and student-centered. I believe that every learner has their own pace and learning style, so I adapt my lessons to meet individual needs and goals. A Typical Lesson Plan
1. Warm-up (2 minutes): Greetings, review of the previous lesson, and a short conversation or activity.
2. Introduction (1 minute):Present the lesson objective and introduce the new topic.
3. Main Lesson (10–15 minutes): Teach new vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, or communication skills through interactive activities and examples.
4. Practice (5 minutes): Students apply what they have learned through speaking exercises, role-plays, reading, or writing tasks.
5. Review and Feedback (5 minutes): Summarize the lesson, provide feedback, answer questions, and assign optional practice activities.
