The focus for me is the individual student.
My technique is mainly based on understanding what the learning method of those in front of me is, adapting my lessons to their needs.
In a first lesson I explore the territory, understand any problems and gaps and work out an effective strategy, starting immediately.
In the following lessons I make sure that the previously discussed topic is clear and I continue with the student until the final goal.
