About Roxane
After a career as a professional dancer, I followed a long training in Pilates method on Mats and machines. I am constantly improving my knowledge of the anatomy of the body in order to be able to best transmit the benefits of this method to the students. I like to listen and be able to best respond to the request of the person.
Pilates is a gymnastics that adapts to all levels!

My classes are for people over 18 and are for all levels.
Indeed I adapt according to the level and the needs of the person. I am trained with my Physiotherapist to know more about the postures when performing Pilates exercises with a view to improving the alignment of the body.
We will work on muscle strengthening but also flexibility by becoming aware of the work of breathing.
After a career as a professional dancer, I will be delighted to share my passion for movement with you!

Roxane est une excellente prof de pilates! Elle s'adapte à tous les niveaux, on progresse rapidement et on travaille en profondeur (presque) sans s'en rendre compte. Ses cours sont géniaux
J'ai pris des cours de Pilate avec Roxane (en visio et en personne) qui m'ont énormément plu. Pédagogue et à l'écoute, elle a pu s'adapter à mes besoins (post -partum). Sa connaissance du corps et des techniques de pilates est impressionnante. Je recommande vivement Roxane :)
