About Chelsea
Hello! I'm a qualified Primary School teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a genuine passion for helping children achieve their very best. I chose to become a teacher because I love seeing those "lightbulb moments" when something finally clicks and a child's confidence begins to grow. Every child can succeed with the right support, encouragement, and engaging learning experiences. My aim is to create a calm, positive, and enjoyable environment where children feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and celebrating every success—no matter how big or small. Watching children develop both academically and personally is what makes teaching so rewarding for me.

I believe every child learns differently, so my lessons are tailored to suit each individual's needs, interests, and learning style. My approach is patient, engaging, and encouraging, helping children build confidence while making learning enjoyable. I create a supportive environment where mistakes are seen as part of the learning process, celebrating every achievement—no matter how small. I aim to help children develop both the skills and confidence they need to reach their full potential.
I specialise in all subjects across the Primary curriculum, specifically ages 3-11. I have experience working in Early Years, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
First lesson will be 30 minutes long, this will give you the opportunity to inform me what you would like the focus of ongoing lessons to be. After these lessons can be anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours long, depending on what you would like for your child.
