About Gloria
I am a university student of the Politecnico di Milano, graduated in urban planning and graduating in landscape architecture.
I graduated from high school of human sciences, where I studied psychology, pedagogy, sociology and anthropology. I have internship experiences in primary and secondary schools.
I have references, I have been offering courses for more than 8 years to children of different ages (between 6 and 15 years).
I am an Italian native speaker, I speak fluent English and French (I have had a study experience in France for six months).

During my experience I was able to develop an effective teaching method that adapts to the personality of the student I interact with.
I believe that listening is a necessary and indispensable moment: I am very patient and sensitive, I always try to find the positive sides and the emerging potential of the student.
I don't consider my teaching method rigid, I don't consider the person I work as a "machine". I strongly encourage the student to be creative and spontaneous: in more structured moments of schematization and repetition I alternate moments of dialogue and reflection, short intervals that can help the student to rest while remaining concentrated.
I have had the opportunity to collaborate several times with students with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.
