About Alfred
Hello, my name is Alfred Lau and I am a passionate and experienced tutor in Chinese language and literature. As a native of Hong Kong, I am fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, and I possess exceptional academic qualifications in these subjects. I graduated from the Chinese foundation Secondary School in Hong Kong with an overall score above 80, and I am currently pursuing a degree in Secondary Education at USYD.
I have extensive experience tutoring Chinese to students of all levels, including primary, secondary, and high school students throughout New South Wales. I am committed to inspiring confidence in my students and establishing my legitimacy as a tutor. My lessons are tailored to meet the individual needs of each student and are designed to ensure their academic success.
In addition to my expertise in Chinese language and literature, I also enjoy writing modern-style poems and stories in Chinese. I believe this passion for the language and culture helps me to connect with my students and make learning Chinese an enjoyable and rewarding experience.
