About Zachary
I was a water polo player for twelve years throughout middle school, high school, and most of college, so had to learn how to balance my academics and sports while also trying to find time to be a kid and enjoy life. I know what it is like to be frustrated by school or take a while to understand material so I am always patient with students. I know that with time and direct, helpful teaching, anyone can become an expert in any subject.

I go through material at a necessary pace for each student and make sure there is a foundational understanding before going forward. I will teach easy ways of remembering key topics. This is mostly geared towards high school biology or early college biology classes but can be more widely applicable. I think what makes me relatable is that I struggled with this material early on but learned to love it and make it my job!
