About Amanda
Hi, thanks for stopping by. My name is Amanda. I wanted to take a moment to share a bit about my journey with yoga and healing. For the past 20 years, yoga has been a passion of mine. Over the last 12 years, I have been using yoga, alongside various other modalities, to naturally manage pain and enhance joint flexibility due to my diagnosis of Autoimmune Arthritis and chronic Lyme. It has been a transformative experience for me. I have been a Reiki Master for 7 years, which has allowed me to further deepen my understanding of energy healing and its benefits.

In Yin Yoga, my lessons focus on stillness and breathing, encouraging you to release muscle tension and to create a deep internal focus and reflection.
In Hatha Yoga, my lessons focus on balancing the mind though meditation, breath through breathing exercises and body through holding static postures to promote full wellbeing.
In Vinyasa, my lessons focus on a rhythmic flow of postures with breathing exercises to help promote strength, flexibility and cardio.
