About Thilini
My name is Thilini Karunathilaka, and I’m proud to be your accounting teacher this year. I hold a BSc in Finance and am a CIMA passed finalist, with a solid academic foundation and practical understanding of the accounting and finance field. While I’m new to teaching, I bring a strong commitment to professionalism, clear communication, and student success. My goal is to make accounting approachable, relevant, and engaging—whether you're learning the basics or building on existing knowledge. I believe in creating a positive and respectful learning environment where every student feels supported and encouraged. You can expect well-prepared lessons, real-world insights, and a genuine passion for helping you succeed. I look forward to working with you and supporting you throughout your learning journey in accounting.
