Since I have known him as a Physics teacher, Mr Brian distinguished himself through mentorship discussions, working harmoniously with me and other colleagues with excellence in every duty provided to him either for a knowledge acquisition drill or for assessment purposes. He always actively engaged his students in the classroom concept-based discussions and quite a good teacher he was. He used to take the lead in school projects related to Physics education to help students grasp the concept. This teaching excellence was therefore rewarded by good students’ achievement in examinations where they mostly obtained higher grades. However, this accomplishment only scratches the surface of his capability and character. He is the type of person who loves teaching, learning, and exploring especially Physics learning-related matters. He usually displays characteristics of a pedagogically, as well as Physics content, knowledgeable teacher. He does this progressively through practical work and flexible learner-thought-provoking strategies throughout his lessons. He is one of those rare people who works very hard and diligently but does so with a high level of discipline both academically and personally.

In the time that I have known him, both as his student and a colleague at some point, he has been an honest person both in his words and actions. As a student I was always able to rely on him because he always delivered his promises. He has high integrity and has been producing quality results as a physics teacher.
