About Elvis
Hi there! I'm Elvis. I'm a University graduate, with a bachelor's degree in Theoretical Physics. At school I was obsessed with maths and physics. As a grinds teacher my goal is to take all my obsessive knowledge of these subjects and use them to help current students develop understanding and learn how to succeed in second-level exams. I am a dedicated teacher with a strong focus on my students' individual needs and abilities.

These grinds are designed to develop and strengthen understanding of mathematical concepts that are key to exam success. My approach is student-driven, with a focus on manageable learning pace and style for each individual. Sessions are normally one hour long, in which time we do practice questions, reinforce any necessary theory and look at some exam structure and approach. I am happy to work with the student, providing feedback and "homework" problems (which I can grade) designed to reinforce the learnings from the sessions. These grinds are suitable for Junior and Leaving Certificate students (Higher and Ordinary Levels) who are keen to maximize their exam potential and deepen their understanding of the subject. The subjects I cover are; -JC Maths -LC Maths -LC Physics -LC Applied Maths
